Testing and Inspection

We build to your harness requirements and industry standards including ISO and IPC. We can offer basic visual checks, computerized continuity testing, and computer vision scanning. Properly maintained and calibrated processing machines and testing equipment are integral to our high-quality expectations.

First Article

All first crimps are visually inspected and pull tested to meet your standards. Respected quality testing tools such as Mark-10 and Mitutoyo are used, allowing you confidence when applying harnesses to your product.

Testing

Basic visual checks are done on all parts. We offer more detailed inspections that are especially important for complex harnesses or multi-conductor cables. Using Cirris testers (stand alone and computerized) ensure continuity and functionality meet your specifications.
